Currently, Label 92 delivers only within Karachi, Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
Orders placed through Bank Transfer will be processed after payment confirmation.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
You receive the wrong product.
You receive the wrong size or color due to our mistake.
The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
The product has been used, washed, or altered.
Original tags or packaging are missing.
The return request is made after 7 days.
The customer ordered the wrong size or color by mistake (exchange is subject to availability and may include delivery charges).
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
The ordered item is unavailable after payment.
A defective or incorrect product was delivered and a replacement is not available.
The order is cancelled before dispatch (for Bank Transfer orders).
Approved refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if approved for a refund, will also be refunded through Bank Transfer.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect product delivered
Incorrect color or size sent by our team
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Process
Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number along with clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Wait for confirmation from our support team.
Return the item in its original condition.
Once inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
Shipping Charges
Karachi Delivery: Flat Rs. 250
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If the mistake is from Label 92, we will bear the exchange or return shipping cost.
If the exchange is requested due to a customer-selected wrong size (subject to approval), additional delivery charges may apply.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
